SHIPPING

We ship to every address within India. At present, we do not make international deliveries.

DELIVERY TIME

All your orders are normally shipped on the next working day of order placement. You will usually receive delivery within 2-5 working days of placement of the order. You will be kept informed of delivery status through emails and/or SMS.

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED

You may return most items within 15 days of receipt for a full refund with no questions asked. This excludes items purchased on Sale or using a promotional discount code or items such as lingerie or items that may have been damaged by the customers themselves. Any such item coming back to us and all attendant costs will be your responsibility.

RAISING A RETURN REQUEST

Login to your account and raise a return request. Or you may also call us at 7290092958 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. or write to us at care@fashiano.in.

RETURNING AN ITEM

Pack the return-item securely and safely with all original tags, packaging etc. We will inform you if we can organize a pickup in your area or if you would be required to arrange for shipment yourself. For pickup by us, do ensure your availability and shipment readiness.

SELF SHIPPING

For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service. Do retain your shipping receipt and update us at 7290092958 or email tracking information to us at care@fashiano.in. We will not be liable for items damaged in transit if self-shipped.

ADDRESS FOR RETURN

Make sure that the following address is clearly printed/written on your return-parcel and our order number is mentioned on it. Also include the original invoice with the return.

COST OF SHIPPING FOR RETURNS

We arrange one free reverse shipment and do not charge any fees for pickups arranged for, and serviced by us.

REFUND

The refund amount will be credited back to your bank account within 15 days from the date you handover the item to the shipper. For COD terms also, refund amount will be credited to your bank account.
